i am in a relationship with a this guy. we are getting married soon but.... sometimes i feel so jealous when he talks about he ex. how can i over come those feelings? sometimes i think if i am better than his ex *

Swtness dear i thnk u should tell hm how u feel abt hm talking about hs ex. I wouldnt like it if my fianc is bragging abt hs ex,he should love me 4 wat i am and nt compare me 2 any other women coz i am unique,and gal u r unique,and he shud brag bout u rather than hs ex. *

dawidoks is so right.. ask him if he is over his ex? if he says yes than ask why he is always talking about her cause that would partlly mean he is not over.. it is going to hurt but u need his reasureance *

hey dj sam its been a wyl nd yea ive pickd up the green monster myself nd dnt like it one bit im jealous if shes evn slpn ova at a friend wen she cnt make it home or wen shes wit her friends coz bleve it or nt 2 of them like her alot nd im nt sayn shes myn or anything like that but i dnt understand y the jealousy nw coz im nt insecure even tho ppl say they understand shes hurt me b4 who r they to tel me wen love is abt makn mistakes nd learnin from it together aswell as climbing the mountains together nd my weddings coming up im a total wreck *

Jeolousy is a terrible thing i know i am extremely jeolous and i mess up everything with my bf he hides friends from me because of my jeolousy i go nuts and i really need help with this *

Hey Karen, by telling yourself not to feel jealous, you will never be able to get out of it. What we resist persists..

Simple Tips to overcome Jealous Feeling:

1.. Stop comparing yourself with others.

2.. Meditate away of jealous thoughts

3.. Avoid negative people

4.. Confess yourself about your jealousy with a close friend or a loved one.

5.. You have become jealous! Realize it.

6.. Jealously stems into our minds if there is a sense of insecurity. Eradicate it.

Whatever the situation or reason jealousy can be such a negative force in relationships and all efforts must be taken to prevent it from taking root...
